Reporting to the Head of Department you will be responsible for:
- Maintaining the front as well as back-office operations
- Ensuring all basic accounting processes are operating effectively
- Assigning and monitoring all clerical functions
- Providing office support as and when requested
- Any other general ad-hoc tasks that may arise
The successful candidate should preferably have:
- A minimum “A” level standard of education along with an “A” level in accounts
- Leadership and management skills
- The ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision as well as be assertive
- A minimum of 2 years’ relevant work experience in a similar industry, preferably in a supervisory role
- Basic knowledge of procurement processes will be considered an asset
Ability to work on one’s own initiative as well as effectively in a team
