HR Executive

As an integral part of our HR team, you will primarily be responsible for:

  • Taking charge of employee on-boarding, conducting interviews and presenting offers to successful candidates.
  • Conducting company inductions and finalizing employment documentation.
  • Preparing periodic management reports and keeping records updated.
  • Managing the work permit process by compiling the required documents and submitting accordingly.
  • Assisting with NSO reports when required.
  • Acting as a point of contact for employees regarding payroll queries.
  • Developing and updating HR policy and disciplinary processes as needed in line with prevailing labour policies, employment laws and regulations.
  • Assisting in the implementation of the group’s performance management system.
  • Conducting training needs analysis in collaboration with department heads and coordinating employee training.
  • Assisting with company events.
  • Managing the ‘Jobsplus’ portal ensuring timely updates.


The ideal candidate should be:

  • Highly organised with an ability to work under pressure as well as having a high attention to detail.
  • Fluent in both the English and Maltese language.
  • In possession of a diploma or degree level of education, ideally within an HR related field.
  • Knowledgeable in local employment law as well as work permit processes.
  • Proficient in the use of a PC, preferably ECDL certified.
  • 3 years relevant work experience would be considered an asset.
