Office Administrator

Unec Equipment (UNEC) Co Ltd in Malta is looking to recruit an Office Administrator to join their team on a full-time basis.

Job Role:
The chosen candidate will be reporting to the General Manager.


  • Provide basic and accurate information in person and via phone/email
  • Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail/deliveries
  • Update calendars and schedule meetings
  • Order office supplies
  • Assisting with general office administrative tasks as assigned
  • Recording inventory movement, and maintaining detailed reports of faulty parts replaced under warranty
  • Extracting data from sources available and compiling necessary reports as and when requested
  • Other general administrative duties may be commensurate with the level of the post


  • Have to experience performing clerical duties, preferably within a similar role
  • Be able to work under pressure and with minimal supervision
  • Be highly organised and have high attention to detail
  • Be able to communicate in both Maltese and English
  • Minimum O level of education
  • Good knowledge of PC required, preferably ECDL certified.
