Service Coordinator

Bonnici Brothers Services Ltd. is a leading entity in the local construction civil engineering industry. It enjoys an excellent reputation for commitment to quality and client satisfaction.  As part of our expansion strategy, we are offering an employment opportunity for a Service Coordinator.

 Based at our Dingli workshop the Service Coordinator will be responsible for:

• Planning of services to be done on Internal Heavy Plant and Trucks.
• Making sure that services are done in a timely manner to avoid over booking of services.
• Following up on heavy plant usage and track milage and set services as required.
• Maintain and keep records of all services.
• To identify the need of preventative maintenance and schedule if required.
• Estimate maintenance work time to prevent congestion in the workshop.

The ideal candidate would:

• Have a structured work approach, pay attention to detail and be efficient in data entry.
• Be a proficient IT user, preferably ECDL.
• Minimum “O” Level education.
• Fluency in both Maltese and English would be considered an asset
• Relevant administrative working experience in the automotive industry would be considered an asset.
