M Stream Ltd is looking for an experienced and motivated *Operations & Logistics Coordinator* to join our team and take responsibility for the day-to-day management of our operations.
We are seeking someone with a strong background in *logistics and transport, including experience in **container loading and export logistics*, who can independently organize daily activities and ensure our operations run efficiently.
### Your Responsibilities
* Manage and coordinate daily collection and transport operations.
* Organize customer collections and vehicle schedules.
* Prepare employee rosters and allocate daily tasks.
* Coordinate container loading and export logistics.
* Liaise with customers, drivers, suppliers, and recycling facilities.
* Monitor daily activities and resolve operational issues.
* Maintain accurate operational and loading documentation.
* Assist with on-site activities and driving when required.
### What We Are Looking For
* Previous experience in logistics, transport, or a similar operational role.
* Practical experience in container loading and export logistics.
* Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to work independently and take ownership of daily operations.
* Valid driving licence and willingness to drive.
* Ability to work between office and operational sites.
* Good communication and teamwork skills.
Experience in waste management or recycling is an advantage but not essential.
