The Ready Mix Truck Driver is responsible for the safe, efficient, and timely delivery of ready-mixed concrete to customer job sites. Ensuring product quality within approved specifications, operating truck-mounted chutes, providing excellent customer service on site, and complying with all delivery on time,  company safety policies, and environmental procedures.

Key Responsibilities

Delivery & Operations

• Safely operate a ready mix truck to deliver concrete to residential, commercial, and civil projects.
• Verify load details (mix type, slump, quantity, job/site instructions) and confirm with dispatch.
• Adjust slump only within company policy and ticket parameters.
• Position truck safely on job sites; operate chutes and assist in directing pour as needed.
• Manage washout procedures and return excess material per company guidelines.

Safety & Compliance

• Follow all DOT regulations and company safety standards.
• Comply with environmental controls for washout areas and material containment.
• Participate in safety meetings, training, and near-miss/incident reporting
